We all know that the magnitude of the excitation force affects the screening efficiency and the screening yield of the material, so it is also very important to adjust the exciting force of the linear vibrating screen. Adjust the vibration force of the vibration motor by adjusting the eccentric block at both ends of the vibration motor.

2. The connection of the line

Under normal circumstances, the linear vibrating screen has reserved the wire end for the workshop wiring. According to the operation procedure of the “Linear Vibrating Screen Instruction Manual – Motor Line Connection” section, when the vibration motor is mounted on the screen box, the eccentric block at both ends of the motor shaft Not in the same radial direction, but at a certain angle, that is, the upper eccentric block has a phase angle of 45° with the lower end, and the motor structures on the left and right sides are opposite. It is worth noting that the mating surface of the wiring thread and the motor junction box must be coated with a sealant to prevent water ingress during the screening process.

3. The addition of lubricants

After 2 months of cumulative operation of the linear vibrating screen, each bearing should be lubricated. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to add too much, because excessive addition will cause the vibration motor winding to affect the heating of the coil.

4. The installation of the screen

Normally, the linear vibrating screen is installed and does not need to be operated again, but the installation of the screen is also an operation that is often required in later work, so it is very necessary to learn to install the screen. The screen installation procedure for a linear vibrating screen is very simple in just two steps:

1) Loosen the tension bolts that fasten the screen. Do not remove the nut completely. Rotate it 90 degrees to remove it from the long hole of the screen hook plate and take out the screen.

2) Replace the new screen, tension the screen, make the left hook plate in the vertical position, tension the right screen mesh hook plate, and then tighten the left tension bolt.
