Vibrating feeder

The vibrating feeder uses the eccentric mass in the vibrator to generate centrifugal force, so that the moving part of the sieve box, the vibrator and the like are forced to be continuous circular or approximately circular motion. The material is continuously thrown with the screen box on the inclined screen surface, and the material is continuously and uniformly sent to the receiving port.

When the bottom plate moves forward along with the material, the material in the silo fills the space inside the body. When the bottom plate moves backwards, the material on the bottom plate cannot be returned and is blocked from being discharged to realize the feeding. The feed rate can be adjusted by varying the amplitude, frequency, and height of the discharge gate. The feed amount is generally within 40 tons / hour. This type of feeder is suitable for medium and small particle size materials, mainly in the form of trough and pendulum. The bottom plate of the trough feeder is flat and reciprocates during operation. The bottom plate of the pendulum feeder is curved and hinged on the body, and the bottom plate swings during operation.

The feeder consists of a rotatable disc, a guide sleeve and a scraper. The material in the silo is deposited on the disc with the wear-resistant lining through the guide sleeve. The disc rotates and the material is scraped out of the feed by the scraper. Adjusting the position of the squeegee or the height of the guide sleeve changes the amount of feed. The diameter of the disc is generally less than 3 meters and the rotation speed is not more than 10 rpm. The disc feeder operates smoothly and reliably, and the feeding amount is convenient and the energy consumption is small, but the structure is relatively cumbersome, and it is suitable for the powdery material with less viscosity.

Some feeders consist of a casing and an impeller. The inlet and outlet ports on the upper and lower ends of the casing are respectively connected to the silo and the receiving equipment. When the impeller rotates around the horizontal axis, the material falls between the chambers of the impeller, and is discharged into the receiving equipment after rotating the impeller for half a week. The pressure equalizing pipe can discharge the high pressure in the cavity before entering the material zone, so as to avoid feeding when the material is in the material zone. The feed rate can be adjusted by changing the impeller speed. The impeller diameter is generally below 500 mm and the speed does not exceed 45 rpm. The feeder structure is relatively simple, the outer shape is small, the self-weight is light, and the sealing property is good when feeding, and is suitable for small-grain and powdery materials.
