a. When the feeding machine is used for batching and dosing, in order to ensure the uniform and stable feeding, prevent the material from self-flowing and install horizontally. For continuous feeding of general materials, it can be installed under 10° down. For viscous materials and materials with a large water content, they can be installed at a downward angle of 15°.

b. The feeder after installation should have a swimming clearance of 20mm, the horizontal direction should be horizontal, and the suspension device should be connected flexibly.

c. Before the empty test, all the bolts should be sturdy once, especially the vibrating electromagnetic anchor bolts, which should be re-tightened once for 3-5 hours.

d. When testing the vehicle, the two vibration motors must rotate.

e. During the operation, the amplitude, current and noise stability should be checked frequently during the operation. If abnormality is found, it should be stopped in time.

f. The electromagnetic bearing should be filled with lubricating oil every 2 months, and the lubricating oil should be filled once a month during the high temperature season.
